This service is billed hourly and paced to meet your objectives and the capacity of the conservation organization you have chosen to work with. We help landowners:

• Clarify conservation goals, priorities, and what “success” looks like for your land and family.

• Collaborate with land trusts to make the best match for the project and the future.

• Translate the land trust’s process into a clear checklist and timeline, and support communication so you, your advisors, and the conservation group stay aligned.

• Organize key property information—deeds, prior surveys, maps, existing management plans, and past assessments—into a coherent, shareable package. 

• Identify any additional due‑diligence items (baseline information, site photos, ecological reports, appraisals, title work), helping you schedule or obtain them where appropriate

• Prepare concise written summaries of your land, current uses, and desired future uses that can help efficiently structure easement language.

Throughout, you remain in direct control of whether and how to proceed, while we keep information, timelines, and communication organized so your professional team can work more efficiently.
